RE-OPEN CLOSED AMAZON.DE ACCOUNT

was temp suspended due to "the gift cards i used violated their terms and conditions" (probably because i redeemed way too many at once, gift cards well all 100% LEGIT) they asked for my credit card billing statement and once sent they decided to close my account..

Yeah i did not refund on that account either, maybe because you have used different shipping addys before?

no, it's 100% because I used too many gift cards, this also happened last year, I provided some info they asked and got unlocked.

 

This time they asked for billing statement of a creditcard X with recent amazon order, but the thing was I didn't order anything using my creditcard X so i couldn't provide any statement with amazon order on it (also I had deactivated this creditcard X a while back so couldn't get old statements anymore). I told them that but they insisted on it so I had no other option than make a fake statement. I made and sent one (just changed the last 4 numbers of the creditcard) using my another creditcard statement then they decided to close it

Maybe they baited you, they knew that cc was expired or whatever and they wanted to see if you made fraud document. Have you tried calling them?
