Screenshots of conversation (ibb.co / imgur.com) : I had purchased an Amazon Prime via his autobuy, but been unable to get the Order completed. In order to access the account and do the Upgrade, OTP would be required from Phone number, however, I could not get my Client to be online (when the Seller is Online) and due to this the Order got delayed and could NOT be completed.

Seller says he has wasted his stock waiting for me and the OTP (upon login) which is True, I'm unable to get my Client to be Online and he simply does not respond. I asked him if OTP can be sent to Email and got email access from Client, but it goes to Phone No instead and can't get it from my Client within time.

Since Order could not be completed after 3 days, which is due to my fault, I asked for a refund. Seller refuses or says 50% refund is possible owing to my fault. 

Need Staff advice if this is the right agreement. Thanks and any decision by Staff will be helpful to arrive at a Solution.

@KenzX not being able to receive an OTP when you send it does not mean the stock is lost. Stop lying to your customer. Your responsibility is to provide what he paid for. If you are unable to provide what he paid for, and set an exact time with him to provide it, you can refund him. 

Stop acting dumb because we know you didn't lose anything and you are just trying to avoid delivering what you were paid for.

@Lucas This way in the talking is unrespect you don't even know what I provide and how it work so how you calling me lying and said you know I don't lose anything if you don't had the enough info about it

We are already set a time for it alot of times his customer never be online but he doesn't show the full chat
I being online for a while 20h on a day to waiting his customer and he never be online and on the next day once he be online he close on the mid of the process and doesn't prove the otp

Check ur discord dm for the full info about what I do inside from telling me stop acting why I acting if I don't lose anything if my customers happy that making me happy too, I had 750 voucher on my website and 3k members on my discord server If I don't provide HQ and Professional Service wasn't get all of this

You never told your customer that if he failed to send OTP when you chose to send the message he would lose his money. You are making shit up to avoid having to provide the service. Your vouches from the past are irrelevant. You are showing publicly how unprofessional you are by talking to your customer like he is garbage and telling him he lost the money based on something you never said before. 

 

If you want to enforce what you are saying you need to clarify to the customer before selling, that if the OTP is missed the account won't be upgraded and you won't refund them.
