Screenshots of conversation (ibb.co / imgur.com) : I had purchased an Amazon Prime via his autobuy, but been unable to get the Order completed. In order to access the account and do the Upgrade, OTP would be required from Phone number, however, I could not get my Client to be online (when the Seller is Online) and due to this the Order got delayed and could NOT be completed.
Seller says he has wasted his stock waiting for me and the OTP (upon login) which is True, I'm unable to get my Client to be Online and he simply does not respond. I asked him if OTP can be sent to Email and got email access from Client, but it goes to Phone No instead and can't get it from my Client within time.
Since Order could not be completed after 3 days, which is due to my fault, I asked for a refund. Seller refuses or says 50% refund is possible owing to my fault.
Need Staff advice if this is the right agreement. Thanks and any decision by Staff will be helpful to arrive at a Solution.
