Additional information:
bought an amazon store card and he sent me non-working one. After asking for help he never replied back. Only after I said I'd report him for scam he would reply back without any help. I repeatedly told him same thing thing but he doesn't help me at all. I followed all his instructions and since he's not helping me at all I'm making this post. @Lucas
