First of all this guy is saying 'took complete control of my amazon account' as if every refunder doesn't do that
, Second of all, I let him log on to the account before taking payment, that is when he saw that $3,367.29 was refunded and then he willingly paid me service fee, I didn't choose to do this in 2 halves, that was a problem because the number of shipments and is definitely not the reason the 'refund went wrong'.
Finally amazon don't rebill and this guy hasn't even shown any proof of him getting rebilled which is the funniest part, this is just an attempt for him to get some money back and minimize the loss. From what i can see, I charged him my service fee (12% at the time= $404) for the amount I refunded for him which entered his bank ($3,367.29) and that is fair.
The seller was apparently unaware of traditional refunding practices. It was strange from the beginning as they took complete control of my Amazon account and refused to let me login to see the refund until after payment was made. I convinced them to let me in, and I saw the refund processing. I sent them the payment, and they said they were going to start on the second half of the order. This delay in doing it half by half waiting for a payment probably is what caused the refund to go wrong.
Shortly after, the account was shut down; and I was re-billed for everything. I am now stuck with the products as they themselves said it was very risky to return them, and the return window is over. I am not only stuck with the products at a high price, but i am down the money plus the $404 fee on top of that. So, it is a major loss between the fee and the loss of having to sell them now for way less than what I paid.
