Doesn't inform about risks, defines the word "instant" differently than the dictionary, tells me my account got closed only after I inquire, lies about the account being fresh, doesn't give any assistance after he (I don't care if it's his insider, I am his costumer not his insiders') failed refund, just a very shady person in general. I still don't know if my account just got a OFM warning or really is closed because he clearly can't communicate.
