We got played but it was due to my fault, we reached a solution on tele, refunding credit was given to be used. I think this can be closed and if anything be reopened in any case ( witch it won’t tbh, never wronged anyone in this forum and never will )

He promised to make me a refund and not to charge me an amount to offset this $1281
We are in the process of implementing this
