Scam report against babydolphin

Hi, on 9-22-2023 I purchase 1x NETFLIX UHD 2 REPLACEMENT FOR 3 MONTH WARRANTY in this @babydolphin shop, I choice LTC as crypto payment method, when I sent the LTC to the vendor Wallet from my Binance app the address has been identified by binance as "Internal Wallet" I sent the LTC but in the hoodpay.io the payment never was confirmed ( https://checkout.hoo...bd-a814a6654a2b ) because Binance sent as an "Internal Transfer 143579254372".

I contact @babydolphin by discord to resolve the situation, but he never responded to me, I have simply been scammed by this guy.

This is a new method of scam, whenever a user makes a payment from binance, for LTC, binance will take it as an internal transaction and there will never be a pass through the intermediary such as hoodpay.io, in this case, evidence of this payment being non-existent. externally.
