I have explained this before but I can explain it again.

If you look at the list we gave him, the list is exactly like this;

  • Account Page
    • Settings
      • Contact

The reason why we did this is because in his old system it was exactly like this. So we didn't add an extra page or there won't be an extra page. Just in a way that he would understand (because in his old system, when you clicked on the profile, you went to contact from the drop-down menu, which appeared as user page->settings->contact), so we made the list like that for him to understand it well.
Otherwise it will not tire us to make 1 page. We will not do anything except the list given to him.

If lifeisnow considers this article and says "no you didn't make me a settings page" then;
everything written in the article should be there and it should be like this;
landing page (anonprox.com/landing-page) when you go to this page "there will be a home button" and it will redirect to the home page.
proxies pages -> (anonprox.com/proxies-pages) when the user goes to this page, all the services of the proxy will appear and the user will be redirected when they click on it.

 

If there were to be a settings page, we would definitely ask in detail what exactly will be done on the settings page before starting work.

 

This guy thinks he is very clever in some cases and tries to scam a lot.

But we will not give this user anything extra job for free, sir.

@lifeisnow if you have any bugs that you want to report, make a list with them and showing a recording of what they are. 

The name of your project will be changed, just tell them what the name is, and they will edit the text to match it. This is NOT a bug. Anything else you want to report other than this, make a list on the ticket, and one by one show them what you mean with a recording (gyazo gif?)

He responds to messages every 48 hours and then replies "why don't you reply?", "hey", "I see you're online". And as I said before, I told him I was going to close his ticket because we've put up with a lot of insults, swearing and ridiculous requests from this user. We gave him 48 hours notice that we were going to close the ticket.

He also already knew that the admin panel and the user panel would be different.

He can see this in the transcript.

I can't understand what you are saying.
You knew that the login to the admin panel would be admin.blabladomain.com and users would be blabladomain.com/auth/login. What question or difference are you asking now?

You were told that the ticket would be closed 48 hours ago (or even 1 week ago.) You may not have seen it because you responded to the messages 2 days apart.
