Hi. Can you tell:

1) Can the eBay account get banned for doing this?

2) Do we need to touch items or is it possible to send it directly to our buyer's addresses?

3) eBay east Europe account that can sell in the US (sold over 7k in US) - is this eligible?

Hi there - sorry for the late answers, not sure why it didn't notify me.

 

1) It's a possibility if you're not careful, but mostly if you don't resolve buyer concerns and they report you for some reason. That's why usually even if I think a buyer is trying to make false claims I usually just give it to them.

2) Items will never touch your hand, they go direct from factory to the buyers address

3) Yes, as long as you're eligible to sell in the US and have a way to transfer money from eBay to what account you're using that would work just fine
