Additional Information: 

 

This isn't about the money at all, but more of the scummy service and a product that doesn't work.

 

He is selling Residential proxies for various amounts per GB. I myself purchased the cheapest plan, tried using them, and they don't work. I contacted him immediately, woke up (13 hours later) and tried them again, still not working. He takes about 15 hours per reply (if he wants to reply) and the latest ive gotten from him is an opened message. 

 

Now, upon checking the dashboard, all my bandwidth is gone. zero updates whatsoever. I believe he's just scamming at this point.

Never mind I found the conversation.

 

I have replied to you 14 hours ago but you haven't replied me back.

 

Also, bandwidth shows used amount of GB not the amount you left.

After talking to HackingRealm's partner; we have not reached an agreement. 

 

They did fix the issue with the proxies not working. however, the proxies still don't work.. 

 

here's what i mean: 

 

 

The "Empty reply from server" means that the request failed. for my use case, requests cannot fail. He then goes to say "We don’t offer refunds if the proxies don’t work for your specific usage or target". So, his proxies don't work (EVEN FOR REQUESTS?) and its my fault. I should've known that his proxies don't work with a simple get request.. oops!

 

I then say "considering that i’ve never had an issue with other residential proxies (ever) i would say it’s on your side that you cannot provide stable proxies for a simple get request"

 

He then replies with "I recommend before buying asking for a trial or a gb subscription to comprobate if works for your target or usage"

 

now, i've never had an issue with defective proxies like this, and most providers dont offer trials, so its my fault i didnt message them and ask for a trial!

 

 

At this point im looking for a $7 refund. I will not use this trash service again
