Bro you should understand if paypal new zeland take extra fees that he should have  told me about it beforehand ,clear and simple,because he is a  holder,he must know about extra fee paypal new zeland take,I never argued about his fee ,which is as he agreed 10% so no argument there,but paypal extra fee + currency coversion fee he should have told me beforehand .

 

 

and as you see in screenshot very clearly he said 155$ after fee,what is 10% of 155$, it is 15$ ,clear and simple,and I recieved 

118 $,so 22$ he owes + he will explain why he didnot tell me about extra fee of Paypal of his country .But its good if he shows in sheet of all transaction and related fees with screenshot,so we are clear .

No I can't explain the fee. But the fee is there. Nothing can be done about that. Best way to avoid that in the future is to stop using paypal holders if you don't understand how holding works.

The fee that was taken by paypal is taken by paypal. I dont see the point in repeating myself 10 times because you simply won't understand. That fee is on paypals side and not the holders responsibility. If you don't want random fees ask for USA account holders? All countries have different types of fee schemes.

for your understanding, for me if i get 2$ sales paypal take .4 to .6$ if it's like above 3$ they take btw .8 to 1.6$ as a fee.

which country paypal you use  ?  thats damn high fee ,and fee is constant in single currency in a one  paypal,it should not differ .
