Additional Information: unknownluna was doing Insider Amazon UK refunds so i went ahead and ordered iPhone 14 Pro 128GB. While it was in transit, i filled up form and pinged him just to inform him about this. He acknowledged and replied stating one of his men 21LOL will reach out to me and will work on my order. his guy reached out to me and when he came to know that delivery was next day, he said its too short time and requested me to reschedule delivery. i rescheduled delivery and it was all sorted. Since it was insider refund, he asked me to pay 300$ upfront for scan. I paid him the fees and later her confirmed that scan was done and refund was issued. Since the item was in transit, i asked him if i would still get the item and he confirmed it as well. Later unknownluna pinged me and asked for additional 35% fees. I asked him about the delivery and he too confirmed that i would get the delivery and that damaged was just a scan. i paid him the fees amounting to 377$ ( In total i paid 300+377$). 

 

I waited for the item to arrive, but it never arrived. I contacted him again and he said it was just a scan and blamed amazon for not delivering the item. so i paid 677$ to him for nothing. I requested him to refund the money, but he refused to refund. Later when i asked him if he can compensate me with another refund but he kept saying i can't do amazon. 

 

He offered me alternate store (Zara) but it was of no use for me. I kept asking him about amazon but now he has stopped responding me.

@unknownluna reply within 12 hours. If the item never arrived after the refund was done, he has to be refunded. Your job is to provide the refund and make sure he gets the item too.

Okay lucas firstly i sent his order to a third party and i was not actively doing his order. He came to my service to do the order but again i transferred his order to another refunding service. So does it imply i have to pay him out of my own pocket, because as far as i am concerned i havnt even taken any money from him. Please confirm this.

EDIT = He paid 21lol the money, where i sent his order too, he is an independent refunder himself. No monetary transactions were done on my address or to me.

EDIT 2 = okay as i talked to the victim right now, I can see only one transaction on my end which is this https://imgur.com/Wwx68eO and i can confirm that this amount was sent to me, whereas the other screenshot in the proof of payment, is not my BTC address but rather the other refunder's address. So I am liable to pay him this much. Hope you can confirm this @Lucas

Hi Lucas, I paid $300 to luna’s guy and $377 to Luna so it’s luna’s responsibility to refund the amount in full. Since he transferred the order to a third party Luna is responsible to ensure that his partner does everything right.

Here u can see amazon failed to deliver his item even after we processed refund, and no account was closed. So how are we still responsible i dont get it lol we did our job.

Amazon did not ''fail to deliver''. They did not deliver as a result of the method used to get the refund.

 

You are responsible for the full amount that he paid for the refund. You can't just take orders, direct customers to an alt profile and say they dealt with the alt profile and not with you. You told him 21lol was your guy and that he would contact him. That is part of your service. So you are liable for what 21lol does after the customer is contacted by him. If you don't want to be liable for what others do, then work alone. Your partners or workers are your responsibility.
