I'm here to report a situation that seems very strange and exhausting to me, as I'm constantly arguing about something that I don't think will be resolved. So, on April 11th, I contacted Zane to buy a "LIFETIME" PRIVATE chatgpt account (Actually, it's not "LIFETIME" because he told me the account guarantee is only for 6 months), where he would provide me with the account details, and then I could change the account details like email and password. I paid, and he gave me a "PRIVATE" account, but the first problem arose when he gave me the account with a public email domain, which means anyone can access that email. The second problem is that I could never change the email because OpenAI doesn't allow changing the email address. I told Zane about it, and he said that after one more month, when the subscription of that account ended, he would give me the email address if I provided him with one (which is odd because HE KNEW the account would expire in one month). One month passed, and during that month of using the account, I received several inquiries in the account that weren't mine. According to him, the account was private, and it was impossible for someone else to be using it. Clearly, the account was used multiple times, so it wasn't private. After the previous month, the account got banned. I informed Zane, and he told me to wait because the service is not available. In May, I asked for a refund to put an end to the problems since I can't stand him telling me that he won't give me the account and instead offering me a "SHARED" account, which is not what I purchased. It's been a month now, and he still has the same problem. It's starting to smell fishy, and I don't trust that he will provide me with the product. He keeps making the same excuses.

Refund me or nothing zane that's it end of the problem

Firstly, in accordance with our Terms of Service (TOS), every upgrade includes a Lifetime Warranty and a 6-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that the service you purchased is patched within 6 months, we offer a partial refund. Please note the refund process: if the request is made within 1 month, we will provide a 100% refund in the form of store credit. If the request is made after 1 month, a partial refund in store credit will be issued. For instance, a refund requested within 3 months will receive a 50% refund, while a refund requested within 1.5 months will receive a 75% refund, and so on.
 

Regarding the account I provided, I initially created it on a public domain, but you had the option to change the password and enable two-factor authentication, making it fully private. Therefore, I request you to stop making false accusations about it being shared, especially since there is a possibility that it was shared by you.

 

Moving forward, when you mentioned the issue with changing the email, I took some actions on my end to ensure that it would downgrade within 1 month, which it did. Unfortunately, during that time, the GPT became highly unstable, forcing me to stop it. Consequently, I offered you a shared account as an alternative. However, if you do not wish to accept that, I am willing to abide by our TOS, which you were aware of prior to purchasing. In this case, I can offer you store credit amounting to $54, or you have the option to pay $25 and receive Poe.com, which includes GPT4.
 

I regret that I cannot provide any further alternatives. Please let me know your preference, and I will proceed accordingly.

Could you send your TOS here so that we all could see them? Please make sure they are from April, as I made a purchase on that date to check if the TOS were already in place.

TOS were in place from the starting of my service, As you bought on april from my discord server, There was a channel there for TOS. Later the server got termed and i switched to Tele due to continuous termination of my Server. TOS is the same on Tele. You cant deny the presence of tos

 

“ I offered you a shared account as an alternative” + Store credit for the remaining amount thats what i said or The Store credit for the overall amount deducting after your usage that'd be $54.

Do you have any evidence of how the alleged "Terms of Service" were in your former Discord? Because the ones you have in Telegram were published/updated on June 8th...

The refund has to be based on a 1 year minimum term for ''lifetime'' accounts.

 

The price has to be divided by 12 and each month the account has been used has to be deducted.

 

If you are unable to provide a private account, he should receive a refund. No store credit, not be forced to take a different product.
