Refund Otto Germany rebilled me / Paypal Methode - what now?

3 years ago, I had a refund from Otto.

Yesterday I got a letter from the police that they accused of cheating.

They sad "credit fraud (you sent back an ***** ordered from Otto on **.**.2020, but the package contained only scraps of paper"

First of all, it looks like a very bad Refunder.

But by the question is, what should I say?

They don't ask for any money, bro. They just "you are accused..." that means if they think I'm guilty, then I get a charge of fraud.

It was a PayPal claim.

And it's been 3 years! The question is, how can you prove this to me? Why are you just coming up with this now?

It was with a know nulled refunder called "Martin" he still do refunds, I guess. But I dont know his new user name...
