Additional Information: I paid payment after requesting a refund confirmation. but when asked, he attempted to solve it when the reimbursement didn't go through. however after attempting for 3–4 months, he recommended to contact Hasbulla because he had sold me his firm.

Your explanation makes 0 sense. You are tagging 2 people on the scam report and not saying which one is the one you paid. The person you paid is the one responsible for resolving this. Not somebody that acquired the service afterwards. Please clarify who you paid with the telegram name and date to understand who is responsible.

Please provide the entire chatlog. I have contacted the old owner and he is asking for proof that the refund failed.

The old owner (ME) has nothing to do with this, this refund was started and paid for between April 20 to April 24 per @Mahadeva
