I only need one, to pass verification on a certain gamba website.

 

The utility bill NEEDS to be in PDF form. You are more than welcome to erase your own name and address, and any and all identifiable information. The file format needs to be editable. The bill needs to be authentic.

Payment would be done after I receive the bill. Should you want to use a middleman - the fee is on you.
