Additional Information: Purchased the product on the 30th, and when i tried using it, it said the card has been declined.

I immediately opened up a ticket as per his site (/support/) (https://imgur.com/qdFV1vS)

I messaged him and he said to open a ticket, which i had already done, and havent heard anything since.

Looking for a replacement or refund.
