Additional Information: Paid for dell invoice, he said 12-24 hours to get invoice. Then 24 hours later he said he still needs more time. So far ive waited a week and haven't gotten anything.

He messaged on discord saying he will refund and is asking for 24 hours. I am fine waiting 24 hours for him to gather the funds.
