Looking for partner for affiliate sites ($150k+ profit last year)

Hey guys. I'm slowly expanding with more and more affiliate sites and in relation to that I am hoping to find a partner who is willing to put in hard work in exchange for a part of an already thriving business.

The business currently consists of a single iGaming affiliate site with a pretty consistent $10-20k monthly profit. I currently have a couple of good domains for more projects, and preparation for the new sites has slowly begun.

I can see several different types, being a potential partner.

Some of the examples could be:
Experienced developer with WordPress experience. Could create exponential growth through custom-coded functions.
Experienced SEO expert, preferably with iGaming and crypto experience.

I am also open to other options. If you think you could be the one, let me know why.
