Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful): TDLR bought philips champagne 9900 prestige edition toothbrush from him, and overpaid $17 which was supposed to have been for a receipt. I said keep the $17 for the next SE, and make the $80 for the toothbrush. He got me only a handle, which I didnt ask for and didnt need. I said okay ill take the handle and well do 2 handles for $80 instead of the 1 retail version of the toothbrush, and he refund me the $17. However, he delayed too long and now is taking too long to refund. Too many empty promises and bad practise selling, this guy doesnt give a fk honestly.

In your defense, you could post screenshots of conversation that you had with @godkiller10 if he is accusing you of not wanting to refund the money.

I'm clearly offering him to instantly refund the full amount he asked for. He still rejected it and kept being a rough customer.

This seems to be a rather stupid thing to fight over, more like immature from @godkiller10 side as he can make a BTC wallet to receive full refund, though, I'll let Lucas have his say, I'm no staff member, just sharing an opinion so nothing is biased.

@UselessDog if @godkiller10 paid the full amount in LTC then it's only reasonable to refund him the same way, I don't see the issue here why you'd want to refund via BTC unless you have 0 LTC, thought refunds always happen and you should be prepare for it, if you have to, buy LTC or ask a friend to send @godkiller10 the amount and just send your friend the amount in BTC -> everyone is happy.

Im not being immature, I paid him in LTC. I kept chasing him up for a month and he got nothing done, so I asked for a refund in LTC (what i used to pay him with) and he wanted to refund me in BTC. Why tf would I wait a month+ for him to play me around and tell me one inaccurate statement after another, then just because he cba to convert to LTC, I have to accept his terms. I will get paid in what I paid with, I did not waste 1 month of my time to be refunded in a completely different currency, and then its my problem to convert and lose some % too in doing so.

 

Its also worth mentioning this user left me a false negative reputation.

This is an inaccurate statement, because I didnt refuse a refund, I was asking for the refund in the currency I originally paid with. And accepted to wait longer to get a refund in that currency. So please admin point me in the direction of reporting this negative reputation or getting it removed.
