Can you SE worldwide? If not, able to use reship?

We have not tested to ship it to a reship address. We're not the one shipping them, philips are. And philips has blocked our method in some countries so only some countries work but at this moment the ones we tested and to which countries it works is Germany, Poland, UK, Sweden and Denmark.
