Additional Information: I bought his service to test it out, did everything he told me to do and then the cashback offer got confirmed, thinking it worked I ordered one more. a couple days later i get another email saying it cant be processed. (https://imgur.com/a/WrOgX5U) i ask him about this and he says its because of the certain type of receipt he used and he was going to replace me. after around a day of waiting he finally replaces me and i do all the steps again and the claim doesnt even get accepted. (https://imgur.com/a/fOmXyyY). the extra one i ordered didnt even work at all, he sent me an invalid IMEI1 number (sent proof to lucas dms)
