Additional Information: Basically, I contacted him to purchase MWII. He said he did it while I was in college so I couldn't check but when I got home, there was nothing on my account and I just ended up purchasing the game myself. He has been ignoring me for a week now.

this guy is a scammer. i did upgrade his account he probably wanted to get another copy on another account

i never had any problem like this in my shop (check my sig ) and i sold more then 15 coppies

even when @eDealer really had a problem with the account i instantly replaced him

Well I have also bought from this seller.
I have had a problem and it was fixed by the seller.
He didn't even hesitate to fix it.

@DaKiddd should check his email as the game was added on his own personal account. You MUST have an email from Battle net with the purchase. If something went from you also would recive an email.

The seller is by any means not scammer. He was very helpfull and understanding.
Also seen enough purchases in his Discord server. And only positive reviews.

If you have no evidence of having purchased the game other than a screen that says ''download the game'' without any other indication that it's for him and not a random account, I can't consider it a valid evidence. You will need to buy it again, on the same account, or refund him.
