edit: Unfortunately can't tell if it works or not... I already had a newer version of Elementor Pro installed so that might have effected things. I tried replacing the new Elementor Pro with the .zip that was included in the OP DL. After doing that, I could not follow the included instructions as manual activation claims it's already activated (might be because of my old version). Can't update old version from the plugins page either, no option to do so. 

I replaced the OP .zip with a newer version of Elementor Pro (by uploading the newer version's .zip and selecting "replace existing plugin with this one"). Then went Elementor -> License from WP backend. It said License isn't active. Clicked "Re-check status", and it switched to "Active". Not sure if this was from OP's .zip or some lingering file from my old installation was making it think it was active.
