On my phone some awards do have a frame, some dont. On my computer all of them have a frame, and in the "Sort Awards" section none of them has a frame.
Idk if this just annoys me, but its weird anyways

nulled isn't optimized for mobile. tens of issues exist on mobile version
yeah this is the type of argument people don't like to see. it's not logical. "this is how it's been" or "that's just the way it is". so? these problems exist and there's a suggestion section for a reason 
i agree with @Itzme
and i think nulled can definitely get a mobile update: fixing adding emotes in sb, fixing adding reputation, fixing the awards and in theory make every aspect 1:1
