Copperhorse seems the most reliable, their link is in the banner of the website if you need it - although it's important to know they use a $1000 minimum basically (orders below $1000 are charged at a base rate of $300) and above that the fee is 30% roughly depending on the website. You can find more info in their thread and spreadsheet - hope this helped

no one, they are all scammers, learn how to do it by yourself
