- 10 pullups

- 10 chin ups

- 10 dips

- 10 jump squates

- 10 pushups

- 10 crunches

- 10 burpees

- 10 30 sec jump

 

and that next day I go for a run, friday and rest workout 4 days

should I keep going with this for like 6 months, and then move to another workout plan?

1-2 months max and you're going to the gym. There is a limit to home workouts, after you reach it, its no use

No money to go to that gym bro

I had people give me the gym membership literally for free just talk to them, when you have money you can give how much you can to support the cause. You can always work shit out when it comes to it

I usually start with a 10 minute dynamic warm-up, followed by 8-12 reps of 3-4 exercises per muscle group. I also incorporate HIIT and plyometric exercises into my workouts for added intensity. After my workout I usually stretch for 10 minutes and cool down for 5 minutes. Since I have sciatica, I'm always careful with my exercises.
