What do you mean you can drive between 11pm and 6am, you've got the drivers license can't you driver whenever the fuck you want? Where do you live, what kind of law prohibits you from driving certain hours wtf

 

In Serbia when you finish your tests with driving and shit you get a test drivers license: U gotta follow these rules (2 years btw and 21 of age minimum. So if you 18 3 years if you 17 4 years etc...)
- 23pm - 6am You cannot drive

- 90% Of the speed limit

- Only 4 people in the car cant have 5
- 0.00 Alcohol if they find 0.001 you get your drivers license deleted and you gotta redo everything
