Is FTID for amazon still working ?

Hello guys,

 

I started to make some refund like a year ago, especially on Amazon, after following a teaching (the guy promised me a life time after sale but scammed me    ). I refunded a lot of small objects (phones, CPU, ...) but never big items, and thats why i'm kinda interested in FTID. I know its a way by changing the things on the return label, but i don't know what adress to put exactly. Is it ok too to send a empty box, or its mandatory to use things like dry ice. Could i use mabye random items since i don't know where to find this ice and the package would never be delivered to amazon warehouse ?
