It's important to maintain your health in good condition and eat healthily. But sometimes it's really difficult to lose some extra pounds. I had this problem for a long time. I tried various methods, diets and exercises and nothing helped. I couldn't understand what I'm doing wrong. Then I found out about the diet here and decided to try it. I also worked out regularly and I lost 40 lbs in 3 months. I was surprised with the result, I really returned in good shape.
