can you define "scrap" and "diagnostic data"?
so you want your customers to submit their answers on your website and then submit them to that website and return the results to your customers?
Check my bumping service here, it's the only thing I do right now and I do it properly.

see that site i posted? they have a diagnostic quiz, i need to get these questions and the options of the quiz ( scrap it ) and make a decision tree out of it , and if possible, the possible results and combinations of that quiz
