1. I will not go first, even if you are vouched (I have been scammed 3k in total by "trusted" "reputable" micropenis incels. So if you don't want to go first or you can't pay for MM fees, I am not the exchanger for you.

3. Exchanges below $100 = 5$ fee. Exchanges above $100, 3%.
I suggest Lucas for MM. He charges 5% meaning you are looking at around 8% in fees if you utilize my exchange service + use mm.

So, if you want 200$ worth of bitcoin, after fees you get 194$ worth of bitcoin while sending me 200$ in fiat.
I will look into opening an actual exchange service in the future but for now, I am only exchanging my bitcoin for cashapp or paypal depending on what I want.
