Specifically, I want a Discord Mass DM bot "kinda" , which actually just messages new members who join the server.
I want to use tokens and not to have an actual "BOT" account. I saw some people have that and I was thinking if someone knows where I can buy it.
Or if someone thinks he is able to do it, I will pay. Price to be discussed in Nulled DMs or send me your discord here in this thread.

Discord has a thing called intents. https://discordpy.re...pi.html#intents
If it was your plan to use a bot account, you would have to enable the matching intents in your discord bot settings (discord developer site).
Since you're trying to use a normal account, this is going to become a problem.
