[Help] Amazon Refunding question

So about 3 years ago, I had my Amazon account banned by ofm, probably for too many refunds.

I made an alt afterwards (different email, same address) that I haven't really used until recently. 

 

Would it still be possible to do refunds on this new account?

 

I'm just worried that my address will get blacklisted. I've placed maybe a dozen orders totaling ~$200-300 over the last few months.
