Hi there !
I have some questions about crypters written in VB.NET (sorry if they are noobish).
First questions is - If is stub written in VB.NET can be crypted native binary?

Second question is - If is stub using RunPE can it inject into native binary?

Yes you can crypt a native client with a managed crypter. It all dependson which process the RunPE is injecting into.

For your second qestion yes you can inject Natif program in to Native process like svchost or explorer

With Aeonhack runpe you can 

 

Maybe if you have the level to code your own Runpe i recommend you ;)
