GET AN INSTANT REFUND WITH JUST EAT - UNLIMITED
I discovered this method myself while at a hotel, ate a full week for free and got around 300-400 worth of refunded food (Yes probably took a few years off my life but who cares).
Anyway, I haven't seen this method anywhere else but have been using it for a while and it has been working 95% of the time, I will also throw in a backup method for the remaining 5% which out of probably 30 orders i've only had to use 2-3 times. I have tested this only on orders below £50 but feel free to test the limits and let me know if it works or not.
1.) Create a NEW Just Eat account with fake details. You don't need a real email, make up a fake one but make it unique incase you need to go to plan b which requires email access. If you use a normal one, it will probably already be taken.
2.) Okay now pay close attention to this second part as it is important you do this or it will not work. Find a hotel near your address or if you want anywhere else if you can drive to it and use the address of the hotel. I believe Just Eats system doesn't pick up on hotels as the residents are always changing therefore by not allowing refunds it would cause chaos in times where things were actual wrong with an order.
3.) Pay for the order using your own card details, I changed the cardholder name and the payment still went through, it doesn't matter and no one will ever check as it is instantaneous anyway. You can also use different cards, I cycled between different bank/credit cards.
4.) Wait for the order to arrive outside the hotel, the drivers don't give a fuck so don't be paranoid, act normal cause it aint that deep chief.
5.) Once you get your order, go on the app, help, something wrong with my order, food was cold and select all the items. (I was even selecting waters and dips as being cold and was getting refunds for them too) It should instantly offer you a refund back to your original card!
If that doesn't work which 95% of the time it will, go on live chat and DNA it. They will then refund you or tell you that they will need to submit to investigations team who will refund you in a few days. You will need email access to check and reply to them if need be.
