Should you be allowed to scam banned Nulled scammers?

I think if somebody has a confirmed scam report against them and knowingly scammed a member of Nulled where they then got banned that they should not be counted to the "off-site scamming" rule.

 

Do you think Nulled should protect this specific group of people who have damaged the Nulled marketplace? Or should we be allowed to scam these people if given the chance without any repercussions?
