A big vouch to @Snowybitch

 

Communication: 10/10

He is actually always available and if you have questions he explains exactly what you want to know. For people who have never done a refund before, I think he is the right person.

 

Refund: 10/10

I can only praise him :D due to a mistake at Amazon I got my Macbook even 2 times, and I get the money back, thanks for that!

 

Overall: 10/10

I had already one or 2 people who made a refund with me, but were hardly reachable, or always answered stressed, with @Snowybitch this is not the case at all! very competent and will make another refund with him in the near future.
