Additional Information: The problem is he sell an very raw ebook and the method he provide doesen't work at all:

There is 2 big phases 

after following all the steps in the ebook i failed pahse 1 (my mistake ) , waited 14 days and applied again with succes (got "authentification"),

i applied for phase 2 and got dennied (160 days) to wait . but the problem is no one will get the method working as we need copyrights on the content to  succes with phase 2 (monetization) .

He sold an easy "pasive" income ebook that will never work or at least not with the steps from the ebook and it's been 1 month for me from when i'm in his discord chanel and literaly none succesed .

Me and digital profit informed all customers about it and almost no one responded in there.

 

 

 

And i am afraid there is your fault, we asked all our customers to explain the entire process in case they failed and you did not explained us!

Don't get it wrong yes I failed first apply for auth and got accepted on second one and after that I failed the application for monetization (which have an wait time of 160 days) and the reason for that is that I need legal rights for what I upload (you know there is no place to get something like that I assume) .
The ebook is crap in my opinion as there is no guide in it to be successful and beside that there is not even 1 costumer who been successful with it, It maybe got patched , you shouldn't sell something that has a low success rate (currently 0) or at least tell costumers about wait times .

If you can’t provide a solution to his problems so that he can perform the method now, refund him.
We have clear rules regarding ebooks which you ignored completely, you are not allowed to openly sell an ebook without approval.

Ebook was approved by Iiluminati. Also as you can see in the photo from below he did not use our software (that is mandatory) in the process:

 

 

That's only one of the few mistakes he did! Not following the method step by step got him rejected (failing the method) so because 

of that he has to redo the entire work again and me and my partner decided to make it 1 on 1 work with him, to help him on every step so 

he will not fail again.
