How much reviving a dead mmorpg could cost?

I remember some years ago when the first mmo I played closed its servers, people were spamming game companies and publishers to purchase the rights and open the game once again. Then in a shady mmo forum some said that it is not companies werent interested, but the game was too expensive, which intrigue me because we live a short fad of reviving dead mmos, but this one in particular remained forever dead.

What do you guys think a game from 2005-2010 could cost? routerlogin

Well it depends on what your MMORPG needs in order for it to succeed. The more bugs you have, the more money you need. Pretty simple.

Who knows about the cost, but if osrs could get revived on $11 a month I'm sure it could happen
