Some of my rules -
- I calculate the estimated cost on an hourly basis, ie how much hours I predict I'll put into the project
- For bots and websites, Client will need to look after the hosting method. I can recommend free/cheap ways to host them, but the final decision and responsibility is theirs. I will support setting up the bots/sites
- I'll ask for all the details beforehand. If there are revisions after the program is delivered, they'll be priced accordingly to how many more hours I need to put in and how much I'll have to change my current codebase
- Client will have to let me know if the project is personal or if he expects to pitch it commercially
- I accept PayPal and Crypto, although there's a tax on them in my country. So accordingly the prices will be adjusted. For example if the project costs 40 USD, I will ask for 42.6 USD
