Hello , please i wanna ask you if you have any idea about how i can creat a movie streaming website and how to monetize it ?

You will need at least 2 servers, 1 for storing all the movies(use one close to where your clients are) and the other one for the website, for monetizing it you'll need to look into pop up ads or you can make a monthly subscription system.
