Talking of passwords. Never ever ever change a users password, email or anything. This will alert the user straight away and they will contact the site to change the password to something else. You may get lucky and find an account of someone who doesn't use the site much, but still pays for it, they're very unlikely to check if there's been suspect activity, so don't increase the chance of an email being sent saying" Your password has been changed"
