Negative Rep Abuse

So a few months back I reported @France because he invalidly gave me negative reputation.

Was told: "His -rep and your neutral rep have been removed. Avoid contact with each other and refrain from repping each other again" as per thread.

 

And so I did, I respected the advice, blocked him and his negative rep was removed.

Well around 3 months pass and he negatively reps me again totally ignoring what the mod said. I'm super inactive, I did not downvote his post ANYTIME this year, seems like this guy @France has a hard-on for me and decided to get him revenge back or whatever.



Anyhow I though that I am not going to report this emotionally unstable kid again in-spite of the gross abuse of the system on his side.
Also did not want to waste mod time just and cry about it just like he did here BUT if he's going to rep fuck me OVER AN ALTERCATION 3 MONTHS BACK and ignore what the mod said that I might as well downvote his post indeed.
