Explanation of your interaction (brief): i disliked his thread about asking developers to make him a bot for a vouch, i didnt like how he wanted to "pay" the developer with "exposure" so i disliked his posted and this is the thread

and to my understanding he is creating a tool for someone reputable/known who can then vouch for him (so he can props use it in a future service or builds trust) 

he is not looking for one  and doesnt say he pays with exposure - since in this case he is the developer
