Thank you gumis, I will try doing it, should I wait like couple days after the package got delivered and then just text them on live support saying that my package has not arrived I even waited for couple more days for it? what if the guy that will give me the package will tell me to sign it or something.

if you are going for dna, wait for one or two days after the delivery, and if they want you to sign the package go for some random name, i highly doubt they will request one because of coronavirus. and one more tip: try calling them instead of texting. its way easier to se this way, but, if you dont feel confident enough, stick to the live chat
