jokes aside jewelry is your best guess, keep in mind that women pay close attention to details and work you put in. from my personal experience instead of buyung some expensive iced out necklace or ring i will go with something like mid-tier necklace (silver pendant studded with pearls was my choice), and for remaining money... let the fantasy take you: candles, flowers, photo albums, lingerie, perfumes (moschino light clouds are great if you are broke), if she have a sweet tooth go for some hq chocolates or bake something yourself(bonus points for this one), maybe something for you two like a skydiving voucher or something alike(wind tunnel/bungee/even paintball just be creative). they also like handmade stuff so you can go with love letter or a painting if you have the skills. remember to pack it nicely instead of just throwing things into the bag.
and the most important: tell her that you love her and she means the world to you
