Additional Information: I completed two of his orders that he had in his Mastermind server, payment was sent to his Bitcoin address. Upon completion, he should have sent the funds to me however I completed these two orders in October and still have not received the funds. I did some orders for him previously and he eventually sent me the funds after I kept asking him but it didn't take as long as this.
I have gave him many chances to pay me prior to opening this report, but it doesn't seem to be getting anywhere, it's just being dragged out. He says he will definitely send it etc, but doesn't.
