I don't know even how they did it, the package had no tracking ID or whatsoever. Now they sent me an email saying that I shipped them an empty box and if I wanna dispute it I have to reply to the mail, what do you think should I do? Reply and confirm that i shipped the real product or just ignore them?

It's easy mate, all you have to do is say that you put the label on the wrong box and accidentally sent the wrong package because you were sending lots of mail on that day.
Then they will give you a new shipping label and you have to send the item back. Then try again on a new account.

from amazon just damn claims, ask if they can send you a photo of the packaging. if not claim that it cannot be that it was empty.
