Protein cake / winner's breakfast

Ingredients : 1 scoup of protein , 1 banana , 1 egg (only white) , flour (3 table spoons) , baking powder

 

STEPS :

 

1) Smash the banana with a fork

 

2) Put all the ingredients on a bowl ( pyrex bowl )

 

3) Mix them good

 

4) Microwave the mix for 4 minutes

 

5) Enjoy your breakfast king
